MEET CHEF NICKI
Chef Nicki Campbell Mars or just "Chef" as she is affectionately called by her
devoted fan base, is a self-taught culinary artist. Gaining inspiration from the rich
cultures of her Jamaican father and African-American mother, she creates dishes by memory that infuse flavors from all over the world. From American, Asian, Mexican to Caribbean, each week she prepares cuisine for the soul and shares the experience via her Facebook page Every Tings Irie, LLC. Due to her love of spreading joy via food no matter where she is and the inspirational words and support of a beloved cousin, 'Chef' has also adopted the moniker 'Chef On Da' Pull Up' because she offers catering services and will travel just about anywhere to bring you her delicious food and definitely happiness by the plateful!
